Atlassian is seeking a
**Group Manager, Program Management** in our
**Developer Productivity Team. **You will report to Atlassian's Head of Program Management of Data and Dev Platform. You will be directly responsible for leading the charge in developer productivity across Atlassian as we scale the size of our teams and business. You will work with all company areas, including the product, transformation, finance, and IT teams. It comes with the opportunity to work with all levels of the business, from founders to scrum teams. You will also be a member of the program management leadership team responsible for defining, inspiring, and leading changes to how we scale our business to 10X velocity.
The goal of the developer productivity program is to make productivity part of the joy of being a developer at Atlassian. The program drives productivity by investing in awesome tools, empowering teams and building an amazing tech culture. The program management leader of this team will lead the group of program managers focused on this goal and will be responsible for the portfolio of programs.

- ** Distinguished People leader**:You'll lead a team of motivated managers and individual contributor technical program managers, inspiring and growing this team to ensure team health and delivery of our most important work.
- ** Delivery**:Drive an extensive, complex portfolio of work and ensure end-to-end execution across multiple levels of management, functions, and organizations.
- ** Planner**:You'll own strategic planning and ensure your team's high-quality delivery for the broad portfolio of outcomes. You will create pathways for product teams to connect, interpret, and deliver across complex cross-company dependencies (e.g. platform teams). You'll also help leaders track capacity and be accountable for driving investment decisions.
- ** Communicator**:high-level reporting, including clear communications on priorities. You'll escalate and drive important decisions at the company level - often to a CEO audience.
**We would love if you had some of the below**:
- Experience running large-scale (company-wide) portfolios requiring collaboration across a broad set of partners and participants. Partnerships will be primarily engineering but will include product, legal, design, finance, compliance, partnerships, etc.
- Demonstrated professional experience in technical program management/product/software development; background in engineering or technical product management.
- Experience in engineering or developer tooling and productivity would be a bonus
- A history of leading from the front as an experienced leader, organizing structure, process, and rhythm around the ever-dynamic business demands.
- A track record ofbuilding and leading a world-class team of highly engaged TPMs, able to scale through a period of continued high growth.
- You excel at understanding complex business and technical scenarios, summarizing information, and identifying key takeaways and areas of focus.
