Handyman / Furniture Technician

Seeking a permanent **Furniture Technician / Handyman **to join a leading supplier of high end furniture in **Malaga.** You will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills. **Key responsibilities;** - Attending homes / business sites to assess product claims - Inspecting furniture for defects & damages while determining the appropriate repairs or replacements needed - Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to furniture repair, assembly, or maintenance - Troubleshooting issues related to furniture assembly, repair, or installation and finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - In-warehouse repairs when not on the road - General warehouse duties - Attend scheduled meetings on time **Skills;** - Upholstery experience _highly regarded_ - Previous face to face customer service experience - Previous (retail/repairs) experience in furniture setting is well-regarded - Experience of resolving customer complaint and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services - Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude - Self motivated - Able to work autonomously **Perks of the role**: - Working within a fast-paced and fun culture - Competitive salary on offer - A company car provided for travel - Attractive incentive program for outstanding performance.
