**Position Type**: Casual / Part-Time

**Working Hours**: Late-night shifts, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression. Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience.withe.co
- **Order Management**: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to guest
- **Plate Carrying**: Demonstrate the ability to carry up to three plates at a time, ensuring efficient service during peak hours.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including clearing tables and assisting with setup and breakdown of service areas.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work late-night shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. With rotating roster being able to sometimes close at 5am
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to carry up to three plates simultaneously and work efficiently during busy periods.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in friendly conversations and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- **Fast-Paced Environment**: Comfortable working in a dynamic and high-energy setting.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- **Professional Appearance**: Maintain a neat and clean uniform and personal hygiene standards

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.15 - $37.00 per hour
