It leverages the lived experiences of families and couples this with proven social theory and evidence based practice, to create confidence, self-agency and resilience for all families engaged. Families attest to the program’s ability to shift the negative effects of intergenerational disadvantage. We offer services in North, West and Southern Suburbs of Adelaide.

**About you**

Do you love working with children in a fun and dynamic team with a large focus on learning with play?

As a family focused service we are able to offer a lovely culture in a caring, fun and friendly environment where staff are valued and respected.

You will be working predominantly within our Southern team but willing to travel to our other sites, in the West and Northern suburbs.

**_ You need to:_**
- Hold a minimum of Certificate III in Children's Services
- Enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment with a large focus on learning and play
- Be creative, open minded, confident & imaginative
- Passionate about child education and contribution.
- Have a strong understanding of children as role models and circle of security
- Be able to laugh, sing, have fun, play, engage, and inspire early years children
