What You’ll Be Creating (from scratch, in-house):
- Artisan sourdough and rustic-style breads
- Turkish-style breads & Middle Eastern classics
- Perfectly layered croissants & pastries
- Moist, fluffy sponge cakes
- Slabs of brownies, caramel slices, cookies, and more
- A rotating showcase of signature baked goods & café favourites
