Our client is an** Australian Women's Fashion** brand recognised globally for their fashion forward trends. The brand is influential within the Australian market, delivering head to toe outfitting from casual daywear to event dressing and tailored outerwear.

We are ideally looking for an **Area Manager** who has a structured retail background, and experience identifying opportunity and implementing store operations within a large team. The role will suit someone with an energetic personality, and a passion for a business that values the customer.
- Cluster/Area/Regional Management experience is essential
- Proven ability to hit KPI's, wages and shrinkage targets
- Passion for coaching and leading teams
- Performance management experience
- Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Genuine interest for styling
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong delegation skills in order to achieve day to day store operations
- Ability to manage high stock volume
