JKs Meredith based Client are looking for individuals with high energy and an excellent attitude who are genuinely looking for work. JKs client has an expanding rearing farm, egg production and grading facility providing eggs from ‘our family to yours’ through major retail as well as local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

While working within the egg farm grading facility you will have different alternating tasks throughout the day. If you enjoy varied work and moving about in a fast-paced environment - this role is for you

You will hit the ground running if you have previous experience in egg grading and packing - working on your feet for extended shifts and enjoy working with your hands. However, please enquire if you are ready to take initiative, be proactive and are up for a challenge, as training is provided.

The roles will evolve into a permanent, full-time position once proven performance has been achieved and 3 months of casual employment has been completed.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Reliable transportation (own transportation preferred) and happy to travel approx. 30 mins from Geelong/Ballarat
- 4 shifts per week, working 9 to 11 hours per shift, from Monday to Saturday
- Reasonable level of fitness
- Commitment to your role within the business, the desire to be part of a TEAM and identifying with the Company Values - Diversity, Respect, Integrity, Vision and Eggcellence
- Open minded to over time arrangements
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia

Previous packing/warehouse/farm experience would be highly regarded although not essential.

All applicants are required to complete a drug and alcohol test prior to commencement.
