We are a national relocation agency. We take the stress, overwhelm and hassle out of interstate and international relocations and we are looking for a kick ass team member who can help us look after our clients.

The role itself is very flexibile in that you can work from home for a lot of it, and you will be out and about viewing houses the rest of the time so you will need your own car.

You can fit this round school hours, although there is the occasional need for viewings sometimes later in the day and there will be Saturday work required on occasion.

**Responsibilities**
- viewing rental properties and providing feedback to the client, the team and the real estate agents where necessary.
- relationship building
- managing clients
- manage relationships with key operations vendors
- primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to customer service
- communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

**Skills & Proficiencies**
- A current Valid Australian Driver’s License & own car
- Experience working on multiple projects at once

Dealing with change is very important, viewings cancel, clients change their mind, your day may change from what you had planned so often things can be last minute and you have to be able to go with the flow.

Ability to manage time effectively. You are mainly working remotely, with international clients so being able to portion your day is key.

Good communication skills You will be talking with clients around the world, working with real estates locally, and a remote team of colleagues. Comms is crucial.

This job can be a little sporadic in nature. It is different fun, and suited to someone who doesn't need a clear outline of what their day will look like each day/week.

We are looking for someone to join our team and make the role their own.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
