**Edgebander Operator - Cabinetry Manufacturing**:

We're **GoFlatpacks QLD**, a busy cut-to-size cabinetry manufacturer in Molendinar, supplying high-quality flatpack cabinets and hardware to cabinetmakers across the region.

We’re currently seeking a **full-time Edgebander Operator** to join our production team. While your main responsibility will be operating the **edgebander**, we value team players who are willing to assist across the workshop when needed.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Operating the **edgebander** to process panels to spec
- Maintaining and cleaning the machine to ensure efficiency and safety
- Quality control of edged panels before they move to the next stage
- Assisting with other machinery (e.g. CNC, panel saw) or general factory tasks as needed

Work hours:

- **Monday to Thursday**: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- **Friday**: 7:00am - 1:00pm
- Overtime available on occasion

You’ll need:

- A **reliable work ethic** and the ability to work as part of a team
- **Attention to detail** and pride in producing quality work
- Willingness to learn other machines and factory roles

Preferred but not essential:

- Previous experience operating an **edgebander**:

- Cabinet making or manufacturing background
- Forklift license

- **$25.47 - $35.00 per hour**, based on experience
