We are currently looking for an experienced HR administrator to join an expanding NDIS provider based in Cannington.

You will have an integral role in Human Resource responsibilities for the recruitment, selection, on boarding and performance management of staff.

**Skills/Experience**
- Effective problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box and create solutions.
- Above average skills working with Microsoft Office.
- Aptitude in learning new computer software packages.
- Skills applicable to recording and managing data, information.
- Ability to keep all records and information suitably accessible given privacy considerations.
- Ability to complete tasks on time
- Ability to meet deadlines in an effective and courteous manner
- Experience in providing effective services to a growing organisation
- Ability to establish effective and professional working relationships with Adelphi Management, Staff, and Workers.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people in all parts of the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in effectively completing tasks and contributing to efficient work processes.

**Essential**
- Human Resource management experience.
- Detailed Knowledge of Human Resources and Work Health Safety (WHS) principles and ensuring these are applied it in the work place
- Sound and thorough understanding of staff rostering
- Ability and willingness to report openly and honestly on critical metrics as requested by CEO and Financial Controller
- Current C class drivers licence
