About the role:
- Kingsgrove are looking for 2x Supervisors to join their team Full-TIme_
As a Retail Supervisor, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What’s involved:
- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers- Coach the team on the right service behaviours- Assist with inducting and training the team- Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements- Coordinate stock

You’ll need:
- Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team- Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers- Have an eagerness to learn about new products- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
Our customers are important to us. Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends. To provide the best experience you will be required to work a variety of different shifts during the week.
