**Description**:
About the role

Reporting directly to our Production Supervisors, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing line requirements that are aligned to achieve production targets. You will embrace challenges, be a dynamic self-starter and be passionate about supporting a collaborative working environment our culture and our values.

This is a casual position with the possibility to turn into a permanent role, working approximately 38 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing pre-operative checks and equipment set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule.
- Machine operation and trouble shooting
- Following all work instructions
- Perform on-line Quality checks
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment
- Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s
- Raw material receivals, quality checks and put away
- Record keeping and inventory control
- Assisting in other areas of the factory when required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Current Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Previous experience with process work in the food industry, FMCG background preferred
- A technical and problem-solving attitude
- Experience with HACCP and GMP
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Good team player
- Willingness to work across all aspects of our operation
- Follow safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures
