**Job Description**:
Partner with Rehab and Health Services brands and stakeholders to deliver high quality learning & organisational development solutions, ensuring strategic alignment with the MedHealth Learning & Organisational Development business plan. By taking ownership of key projects across both learning & organisational development, this role provides numerous opportunities for learning and growth.
**This role will have a key focus on**:
- Supporting the design of Induction & Onboarding programs across Rehab & Health Services.
- Assisting with Learning Management System administration.
- Conducting robust needs analysis to identify potential gaps, challenges and recommendations to support successful business outcomes.
- Development and delivery of high-quality learning programs and offerings including project management, facilitation and co-ordination.
- Demonstrate ROI through data analysis and effective reporting on key metrics.
- Support the development of new leaders to develop essential leadership capability. Take a proactive role in promoting and embedding the Rehab & Health Services Leadership Community to continue to build leadership capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience in designing blended learning solutions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
- Effective, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage constructively and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities to achieve high-quality outcomes
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years relevant experience in similar role
- Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
