With renewed energy, a strong local presence, and decades of clinical expertise behind us, **Avina** is growing our **Behaviour Support team** in **South Australia**. We’re currently recruiting for two vital roles to strengthen our **Elizabeth Vale**based team and regional service delivery:
- Experienced, Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient)
- Clinical Supervisor, Behaviour Support Practitioner (Specialist or Advanced)

**Your Role in Empowering Lives**
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Avina, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, client-centered care that truly makes a difference in people’s daily lives.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based behaviour support services to children, young people, and adults with diverse disabilities
- Provide services in clients’ homes, schools, clinics, or community settings
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans aligned to NDIS goals and funding
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and assessments in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission standards
- Clinical Supervisors, _provide guidance and mentoring to Behaviour Support Practitioners in their region through regular supervision. They also lead and take part in Communities of Practice to support consistent, high-quality practice.

**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking practitioners who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a commitment to collaborative, evidence-based practice to join our growing team.
- Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS Commission registration
- Qualifications in Psychology, OT, Social Work, Nursing, or related fields
- Experience delivering person-centred, evidence-based positive behaviour support aligned to NDIS plans
- Openness to DIDO/FIFO roster arrangements is preferable to support our regional service delivery
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a flexible, dynamic environment
- Full unrestricted working rights, WWCC, NDIS Screening Check and a Drivers License
