We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manger to join our projects team on an initial 2-year contract. Reporting the Greenfield Project Manager, the Change Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the process of change for the Greenfield project.
This includes assessing the impact of changes on the organisation, developing and implementing strategies to manage the change process, and communicating the details of the change to stakeholders.
The Change Manager will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the transition to the new site is as smooth and effective as possible.
**_Based in Colac, this role embraces a hybrid working model. Please note, a minimum of 2 days per week will be _**required at our regional site in Colac Victoria.**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Develop a change management framework and methodology for delivering change management for the Greenfield Project, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments, for all changes required in the implementation of our Greenfield project.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and manage potential risks and barriers to change, including resistance from employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Develop communication plans to keep all stakeholder groups informed about changes, including providing regular updates and addressing concerns and questions.
- Work closely with project team to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly, with mínimal disruption to the business.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide training and support to employees and other stakeholders to ensure that they are prepared for and can adapt to changes.
- Act as a support for leadership team who are interacting with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that changes are implemented in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote trust and collaboration throughout the change management process.
**You will have**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in a medium to large size corporate food business/FMCG
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to the food industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and barriers to change.
- Experience with change management software and tools is a plus.
- Current Australian driver's license and roadworthy vehicle with ability to travel when required
