**Responsibilities**:
**Kitchen Hand**:

- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and ready for use.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and sanitizing food preparation areas.
- Support the chefs and cooks in their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Monitor and restock kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all health and safety regulations.

**Barista**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest quality standards.
- Take customer orders with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure the espresso machine and coffee-making equipment are in excellent working condition.
- Maintain a clean and tidy coffee station, restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and addressing their inquiries.

**Requirements**:
**Kitchen Hand**:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar role in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Barista**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art.
- Ability to operate commercial coffee equipment and maintain its cleanliness.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- A passion for coffee and the ability to create consistent, high-quality beverages.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
