**Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse - Mental Health & Wellbeing Services**

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Services team are committed to supporting staff wellbeing in a dynamic, busy environment and support professional development through partnerships with external training providers.

**To be successful for this role, you will have/be**:

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- Completed a Diploma in Nursing
- Medically Endorsed (s/c, IM, enteral, topical routes) in addition to base qualification
- A minimum of 2 years nursing experience, including 12 months mental health experience in a mental health clinical setting
- Demonstrated understanding of working with mental health consumers, including appropriate supports, therapeutic engagement, assessment and evidence-based interventions
- Sound knowledge of the Mental Health And Wellbeing Act 2022
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a 7 day a week rotating roster (AM, PM & Nights)
- Possess excellent clinical skills

The Western Inpatient Psychiatric Unit (WIPU) are looking for Psychiatric Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about women’s health. WIPU is a dedicated women’s-only adult acute inpatient unit based at Footscray, offering women who are experiencing severe mental ill health, a trauma-informed and recovery-focused, individually tailored experience to care.

$67,527.20 - $95,378.40 based on experience, per the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020 -2024 (Victorian Public Mental Health Services).
