**In this role, you'll**:

- Perform maintenance and manual labouring tasks using plant and equipment and powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Undertake road maintenance activities which may include, but not limited to, pavement repairs, road corridor maintenance, road pavement rehabilitation, and small and heavy patching works.
- Be flexible to work outside of normal working hours and attend call outs when required.
- Have experience working in a high-speed, high-volume traffic environment.

**About you**:
You are a team-oriented worker who has an eye for detail and is used to working in similar environments.

You are a practical thinker, quick learner and great communicator who enjoys being physically active performing outdoor manual tasks involving the use of hand tools and equipment within a team setting.

You must hold the following tickets/ Licences:

- White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Traffic Control tickets (implement traffic Control Plan) is preferred

A Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence would be ideal but not essential for this position.

You must have previous experience as a Road Worker Grade 1- 3 level or related civil construction labouring experience. Please refer to the position description below for more detail.

You will live within a 70 km radius to the Moruya works depot and are prepared to work outside normal working hours, attend callouts, and work away from home when required.
