This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

**About the Role**:

- Coordinate the administration, promotion and communications activities associated with the training development program schedule.
- Act as the key point of contact for program queries and liaison with Conference Services to manage venues, registration and costing processes.
- Implement targeted communications to promote the training development suite, provide program information and feedback surveys to participants in a timely way.
- Maintain program information and data systems, including feedback dashboards and the participant database.
- Support branch, internal and external reviewer capability development days, including program organisation, registration, workshop materials, venues and catering.
- Support regional and system reviews through training and data preparation as well as secretariat functions.
