Are you a seasoned HR Professional ready to elevate your career? An exciting opportunity awaits you at JFD Global We are hiring a HR Business Partner to lead our operational HR to enable improved business performance and delivery of high-quality HR service aligned to our strategy. In this role, you will work alongside senior managers to lead and improve talent management programmes by influencing and coaching to develop excellent people management skills across the management team and identifying and integrating solutions aligned to business needs. The role will operate across 3 / 4 sites within the Divisions Australian operations, therefore flexibility to travel between the East and West coast is essential.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Drive the implementation of HR initiatives and operational employee strategy within the businesses working with the Head of HR and colleagues, initiating and influencing change management programmes
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry, make a positive impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, performance, reward, L&D and talent analytics
- Pro-actively manage, advise and support the full HR life cycle within the businesses
- Manage and develop direct report - HR Advisor
- Identify issues, trends and explore underlying causes to provide effective HR solutions/projects/initiatives
- Support line managers across the business on organisational structure and design, championing communication and employee engagement across the business
- Work with colleagues and Group HR Centres of Excellence to support and uphold policy and procedures, providing input in to the development of best practice HR
- Coach line managers to be effective people leaders, ensuring accountability through decision making and communication, within the parameters of Group and Divisional policy and practice, as well all regional employment law.

**What we’re looking for**
- Able to regularly travel and have an onsite presence across JFD sites in New South Wales and Western Australia
- Team Player and able to effectively utilise resources available
- Pragmatic and confident in pressured and emotional situations. Able to consider the needs of the business and individual to structure appropriate solutions
- Clear and concise communicator, versatile in written and oral communication fit for audience and purpose
- Data driven and able to articulate the HR agenda within a business environment
- Safety and risk conscious with a healthy balance of both to enable progressive solution management.

**Knowledge, Experience and Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or Business discipline preferred
- Microsoft packages - strong Excel and presentation skills.
- HR Information Systems, Learning Management System, Recruitment Platforms, Performance & Talent Management Systems
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor
