Our Technical Division is responsible for product management, underwriting governance, and pricing functions. We support our distribution and other key stakeholder functions through improvement of the product and pricing framework for all of Allianz’s General Insurance portfolios.

Allianz’s Technical division is seeking a
**System Implementation Analyst** administrate and execute business decisions to ensure they are implemented across multiple rating engines, systems and databeseas required in a timely and accurate manner, while also testing these changes to ensure adherence to appropriate governance frameworks.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Perform monitoring and testing of system rates on all impacted systems and databases to ensure the implemented system rates are in line with the pricing decisions.
- Responsible for the testing activities during the implementation including the confirmation of the testing requirement with stakeholders, setting up the test plan and test cases, identifying the impacted systems and databases, and ensuring the implemented system rates are being verified as required.
- Responsible for investigating and resolving issues and incidents where pricing outcomes are not as expected during or after the implementation of the changes.
- Perform the specified controls as outlined in the pricing governance framework relating to pricing deployment, testing management and sign-offs, and the maintenance of clear documentation.
- Contribute and input in the uplift to the automatation of testing and change process to improve efficiencies.
- Contribute and assist in the review, development and maintenance of the pricing and system change process manual and associated documents.
- Support the deployment of the pricing changes and, if requested, contribute to the testing process of the pricing changes outside normal business hours.

**Important to your success**:

- Demonstrated experience in testing and system implementation against productor pricing-related changes, acquired in a general insurance or financial services organisation.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options to support decision making.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and documenting processes, and system or business change.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder expectations to ensure matters are appropriately communicated and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timelines and scopes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Demonstrated experience to navigate multiple systems, databases and softwares (such as SAS, Microsoft 365 in particular Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, MS Teams) and other collaboration tools (likes Webex).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
