Rv Sales Consultant

**As a RV Sales Person you**:

- Are a product expert and effectively advise customers on how to fully utilize their RV to inform their purchase decision
- Achieve sales targets for new and used RVs (Motorhomes and Caravans).
- Ensure that the Customer Management System (CMS) is updated and current to successfully manage customer contacts and maximise sales results.
- Prepare and participate in regional and interstate Trade and Consumer Show events when and if required.
- Oversee daily retail operation
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to team members as and when required to help them achieve sales targets

This position is based at our large RV Sales Centre in Heatherbrae and is a permanent full-time role with approx. 38 hours per week spread over a 5-day work week including Saturdays. Some reasonable additional hours may be required.

Skills and Experiences

Ideally you should possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in an automotive sales role.
- Valid Motor Sales license or ability to obtain license
- Proven sales track record and achievement of sales KPIs.
- Valid open driver’s license and impeccable driving record.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication.
- Internal and external customer service skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook etc.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills,
- High attention to detail.
- Practical work experience in a RV or Caravan dealership will be highly regarded.
