**About The Role**
We are looking for a reliable Credit Officer to contact debtors and claim outstanding debts across ANZ towards their creditors. You will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Reconciliation of collections in Australia and New Zealand.
- Conduct company trade references.
- Save and send out invoices, purchase orders and POD’s.
- Assist Credit Manager to manage overdue accounts and ensure the credit policy is implemented effectively.
- Compile and send out monthly customer statements.
- Undertake assignments as directed by the Credit Manager and Managing Director.
- Create customer cards in Navision.
- Approve orders and invoices as required.
- Compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes and Company Policy and Procedures.
- Submit insurance cover and PPSR registration.
- Monthly report to the Underwriter.
- General administration duties.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisational and prioritizing skills.
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Navision experience is desirable.
