**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, currently producing circa 400,000 oz. of gold per annum.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, to join the Processing team at our Garden Well operation. The GDW mine site comprises of open cut mines with our tier one contractor, moving in the order of 14m bcmpa, feeding a 5mtpa processing facility.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out mobile equipment and crushing maintenance planning activities, scheduling, reporting and logistics, while maintaining a hands-on approach to supervising your team.

This is a FIFO role, on an 8:6 roster (ex Perth).

About the Role
- Provide leadership to light vehicle and the broader fixed plant maintenance teams;
- Manage the Technicians daily maintenance work plan and scheduling including break in tasks;
- Providing technical support as required for problem solving maintenance issues;
- Identifying maintenance requirements and improvements;
- Ensuring maintenance coverage as required;
- Utilisation of Pronto as primary maintenance management system;
- Ordering adequate spares, materials and consumables; and
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and identify areas of improvement.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Relevant trade qualification - mechanical, instrument/electrical, boilermaker or similar;
Senior level experience with milling and crushing circuit maintenance;
Mining, processing or similar heavy industry experience;
Demonstrated skills in report writing, spreadsheets, costing systems, cost control;
Demonstrated supervisory and employee management skills, prior experience in a similar role;
Demonstrated skills in achieving safe-production target;
WA C class drivers licence (manual); and
Senior First Aid cert.
