We are a friendly family bakery looking for someone with some baking experience to help our Head Baker at night.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the preparation of doughs, batters, and fillings.
- Helping with the shaping, proofing, and baking of various products.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Operating and cleaning baking equipment safely and efficiently.

**Hours**: Tuesday night to Saturday night, the hours range from 6PM - 6AM so we need someone flexible with work hours. The shift will be approximately 8 hours a night.

**Pay**: $25 / hour.
