**About Us**

With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be 2nd in charge and will enjoy communicating, motivating, and encouraging all members of the store. It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role where no two days will be the same and you enjoy dealing with staff and consumers.

**Store Locations**
- CBD
- Hawthorn

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Store Manger to achieve store budgets and procedures
- Lead, manage and supervise the team by providing coaching, mentoring, and training
- Maximising sales growth by providing exceptional leadership and customer service
- Assist with store training, staffing and recruitment

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A retail background within the retail or food industry
- Proven track record in leadership, mentoring and supervision of staff
- Point of sale cash supervision and retail experience
