We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to join the team. In this role you are a key member of the Application Management team and is responsible to work cross-functionally to gather requirements, define user stories, communicate key insights, identify product opportunities, and offer recommendations for future improvements. You will be to work closely with Product Managers and cross functional development teams and Customers to facilitate successful demand definition, creation, and generation.

Your responsibilities:- Collaborate with Product & teams to facilitate successful demand creation and generation.- Contribute to product ideation and strategy sessions, contributing insights, experience, and ideas to inspire new and better design solutions and products.- Define methods to, and measure performance, including relevance to competitors.- Produce collateral such as pitch presentation, FAQ’s, demos, and other materials to support in-market client engagement.- Participate in the building, testing, and introducing products to marketplace/business.- Test the new features and functionality, coordinate UAT with key business stakeholders across Digital Services and custom business apps.- Contribute to roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and prioritization of product backlog- Support release testing efforts, including regression testing and production validation testing.- Identify barriers to effective Product use and recommend responses to these by working with stakeholders to both identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into requirements.- Proactively identify any risks to user experience, drive and escalate mitigation where required.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in business, information systems or related field- 3+ years’ industry experience creating websites.- Experience working in agile teams and use of jira / confluence etc.- Ability to define & create user stories- Extensive experience in research, collation, analysis and development of product and customer requirements.- Demonstrated capability to think globally and strategically, understand business dynamics
