**ASA Building Consultants **a leading building surveying company based in Melbourne, currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Specialist / Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating advertising strategies and campaigns, determining the market for new surveying services, and identifying and developing market opportunities for our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan Marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and coordinate advertising and marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for our surveying services
- Collaborate closely and follow marketing directives from company director
- Track and analyze marketing results
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Research market to develop marketing ideas, sales promotion and pricing.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies
