**The Role**

Due to continued growth, our client has a great opportunity for an IT Manager to join their team based in Perth.

This is a critical, senior role which requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.

**Duties will include**:

- Virtual Infrastructure Management.
- Active Directory Management.
- Exchange Server management.
- Office 365 Tenancy Management.
- Linux Appliance Administration.
- Disaster Recovery Management e.g. Zerto.
- Server and Desktop OS Administration and Support.
- Business Application Administration and first line support.
- Network Management (switchers, routing, IP4, iSCSI, PoE etc). Service managed router experience e.g. FortiGate.
- VoIP Provisioning and Management.
- Website Maintenance (Wordpress, Google search profile).
- Technical Documentation - internal systems, ISO/ISMS Standards.
- DevOps interaction with developers.
- Security Management.
- Contracts and Subscription Service Management.

**About you**:

- Experience in IT Manager role or minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in computer science, information management systems, or other IT related degree.
- Microsoft certification is preferred.
- High level knowledge of Microsoft platforms.
- Extensive experience with system and network monitoring systems.
- Enhanced knowledge and understanding of IT professional principles, techniques, and best practice methods.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Manage workflow in high pressure environment.
- Valid and current drivers’ licence.
