3rd Party Containers **(3PC) **is seeking motivated and skilled **Forklift Operators **and **Container Loader/Unloaders** to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Shift Times**:

- 3:00pm start

**Locations**:

- Eastern Creek

**Contract Type**: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive pay and benefits - Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $32.38 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $32.38 to $35 per hour, and potentially even more.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.38 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Application Question(s):

- Can you lift up to 30kgs?
- Although you may have a forklift licence, you will be required to manually unload containers if needed. Will you be able to provide that support to the team?
- Are you open to working in different locations?

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (required)
- Forklift: 1 year (required)
- Container unloading: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
