**A Glance at What You Will Do**
- The Stores Agent will be required to assist the Purchasing Manager (PM) in the daily Stores function as per Marriott Accounts Policy and implementation of all Marriott International Purchasing and Stores policies and procedures across all departments in conjunction with the PM
- Primary responsibilities include but not limited to receiving goods and fully utilising the Birch Street (procurement system) purchase order, maintaining and issuing of beverage stock to B&F venues, conducting monthly stock take, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of loading dock
- Receive, unload, and process delivieries and account for incoming goods based on invoice and purchase order
- Ensure all deliveries to loading dock arrive with either an invoice or delivery docket with official pruchase order number to ensure compliant 3-way match of goods, invoice and purchase order as dictated by Marriott Policy
