This role requires a strong customer service focus and a passion for helping people improve their lives.

You will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic, ensuring that our members feel welcomed and supported in achieving their fitness goals. You'll need to be prepared to work during non-traditional hours, including evenings until 9pm and weekends.

The position offers excellent training opportunities, providing a comprehensive understanding of gym's club operations and customer engagement.

In this role, you will:

- Greet and welcome potential and existing members
- Assist members with their inquiries and provide information about the club’s services
- Putting away weights (20kg +), ensuring equipment is organised, and maintaining overall cleanliness
- Complete different day to day tasks
- Light bathroom clean (Mopping the floor, wipe down of sink/countertop & Mirror)
- Set appointments and follow up on inquiries and referrals
- Answer phones and consult with customers both by phone and in-person
- Follow systems and processes to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the front desk and assist with club operations
- Support the development, implementation, and execution of new and existing marketing and retention strategies
- Contribute to achieving the club's monthly KPIs and customer satisfaction goals
- Communication both internally and externally
