Temporary data entry position within construction industry

**Your new company**

An established, multi award-winning company within the industry with over 60 years’ experience. This organisation has completed some major projects right across the country, they also have an international presence, completing numerous projects abroad. They are currently working on a major project North of the CBD and due to their massive workload need a full time Data Officer to join the team immediately on a temporary contract for 3 months.

**Your new role**

The Data Officer is responsible to provide support to the major project North of the CBD that is ongoing for the business. The day-to-day duties will be varied and have a strong focus on details. The role duties include, and are not limited to;
- Collate dockets daily
- Review dockets to ensure cost code is correct and docket is signed by a company representative
- Enter information dockets into supplier docket trackers (Excel) - **will be the primary task, need somebody comfortable with data entry and high keystrokes per hour**

Assist with validation of monthly payment claims from subcontractors based on the information contained in the dockets (limited)

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you'll have:

- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, comprehension
- Excellent time and priority management to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Efficiency with various software systems such as Excel and Pronto
- High level of attention to detail
- Friendly, can-do attitude
