**Join Our Team**:
**We have permanent opportunity available for a Room Leader with**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor in Teaching Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent
- Mentoring, programming and rostering experience
- Ability to collaborate with the team in the room to develop new experiences based on children's interests and needs
- Good understanding of all 7 Quality Areas & EYLF principles and practices
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- **Advantageous but not required**:_
- Previous experience as a Room Leader
- Experience supporting service undergoing Assessment & Rating

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Supervise and support a team of early childhood educators, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum that supports children’s developmental milestones and individual needs.
- **Child Engagement**: Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where each child feels valued and motivated to learn and explore.
- **Family Communication**: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the classroom environment meets all health and safety regulations, and promote a safe and hygienic space for children to learn and play.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage classroom records, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks as required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
