Located across Dee Why beach, we are a busy Café.

We are seeking a **Kitchen Hand** to join our growing team for an immediate start. French Basket is dedicated to maintaining high level of product quality & service in a fast paced environment.

**Essential requirements of the successful applicant are**:

- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Willingness to be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team
- Willingness to jump into any task required, cleaning, food preparation and customer service
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
- Availability on the Weekends is a MUST (Finish by 2.30pm)
- General duties such as cleaning and dishwashing.
- Basic food preparation such as salads, baguette sandwiches and baking of breads and pastries
- Cleaning and maintaining service area to food safety standards
- Sweep and clean floors as necessary
- Ability to adapt and follow instructions
- 16+ Hours per week as Friday is also available

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
