Times Education Group is a growing company with a focus on developing and managing quality educational providers who deliver Vocational, ELICOS and Higher Education programs in Sydney and Brisbane CBD, as well as in several international locations.

Times Education Group is in need of a Human Recourse Generalist to join the growing Group. This is a standalone position.
- The Human Resource person will help improve management and efficiency in payroll, recruitment and selection, coordination of internal facilities and related administration functions.
- This position requires a high level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- To provide a high level of operational support to the Directors and Senior Managers in order to meet the Company's wide operational and strategic objectives.
- Review, develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Look after the internal HRIS of the Group.
- To efficiently and diligently respond to payroll queries and other HR inquiries including but not limited to IR, ER, WHS, employee life cycle, and other employment queries.
- To develop, coordinate and evaluate employee engagement initiatives.
- To assist in the full spectrum of recruitment and on boarding activities.
- To assist in the facilitation, management and investigation of performance management and grievance matters.
- To facilitate and manage the company's orientation program.
- Some interstate and/or international travelling may be required from time to time.

We seek self-motivated, energetic and committed individual with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year experience in a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in overcoming internal barriers, demonstrating resilience and effectively communicating to influence decisions and achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret industrial instruments including legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.
- Working knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and improving culture and engagement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement durable organisation wide communication strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with internal management and other key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated contemporary recruitment experience across all levels of an organisation.
- Previous experience in policy interpretation, updating and development.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, accurately and to stringent deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level computer literacy and experience working with management software.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
