**AVP - Marketing Specialist for Australia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Marketing communications in Australia
- Planning, developing, and organizing campaigns to support sales objectives, advising and executing ad strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating brand awareness
- Position and elevate the Genpact brand and enable client engagement via -events, social media, go-to-market across Australia
- Design and run the demand generation programs with the aim to drive in ows through the sales cycle
- Drive and enable market research to identify market opportunities
- Attracting talent and position Genpact as an employer of choice to prospective employees in Australia
- Create & execute marketing campaigns on key business propositions with a focus on demand generation - leveraging digital/social, events, webinars, PR agency
- Team with regional and global PR Agency
- Act a point person for regional media relations
- Coordinate campaigns involving specialized activities, such as content, copywriting, media scripting, video production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and programs
- Develop and execute Omni channel (earned, owned, shared, and paid) programmatic campaigns
- multiple industry, analyst and advisor events, social media campaigns.
- Identify regional trends
- Team is central team on regional CSR and DEI efforts
- Help with in-region events (team with events COE)
- Identify conferences, speaking opportunities in-region (team with Executive Communications, Communications, social media COE)
- Team with global Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity Inclusion teams for in region plans
- Support client visits
- Partner with local leadership and strategy to help shape and prioritize the market plan
- in region and lead with the appropriate marketing and communications strategies to deliver growth objectives.
- Partner with global colleagues to integrate and drive targeted activity across, brand awareness, sales lead generation, and Account Based Marketing
- Support high-priority activations in-region (larger vertical events and corporate sponsored initiatives)
- Build and leverage thought leadership, including primary research, whitepapers and client case studies in region
- Work closely with regional, vertical sales & practice leaders
- Support Regional Talent/Employer Brand Activations

**Qualifications**

Minimum qualifications
- Solid experience in Marketing, Brand and Communications
- Formidable leadership, outstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Capable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular change
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines and have a high level of executive presence
- Understanding of regional culture

- Fast paced, with capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative storyteller team leader
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems
