Our client is Queensland's largest house relocator. They specialise in the buying, selling, relocating and resitting of Queenslander homes. They work across Queensland and New South Wales, completing complex house relocations and have been a family owned business for over 50 years.

**About the Role**

We are seeking Project Co-Ordinators that will oversee all the project permits and approval requirements both for house removals and demolitions.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience (Preferably residential construction)
- Knowledge of residential house construction
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to read foundation plans
- Knowledge of building codes
- High level of time management and attention to detail

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that each relocation has the permits it needs to meet project requirements
- Create project schedules that include council permits & police permits
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for management
- Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
- Managing resources effectively
- Document and record keeping
