**About Us**: Brew n Brew is a busy cafe known for its great coffee, delicious food, and vibrant atmosphere. We take pride in our friendly service and high-quality offerings that keep our customers coming back.

**Position Overview**: As an All-Rounder, you’ll be involved in various tasks, from taking orders and serving customers to helping out in the kitchen. You’ll be the face of Brew n Brew, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and take customer orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
- Help maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas
- Handle cash and process payments
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Australia (preferred)
