Mental Health Data and Quality Coordinator

The Mental Health team at Woden Community Service is seeking for a motivated **Data and Quality Coordinator**who will support project administration, data management, and commissioning preparation within mental health programs. This role works closely with team leaders on the coordination of quality projects, including the development and maintenance of handbooks, procedures, and document management, while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.

We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including housing and mental health services.
**Our Offer**:
- Fixed term (up to 31 December 2025) full time appointment (38 hours/week).
- Salary of SCS4 $87,106.90 - $93,718.77 plus 11.5% Superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
- 15 days paid personal leave per annum (pro rata) for full & part-time employees.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months service).
- National EAP Service.
- Work in a supportive, dedicated team.
- Professional development and extensive training provided.
- Location: BOWES Place, Phillip and Outreach in the Community.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Community Services, and/or related experience in data management or mental health field.
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration.
- National Police Check.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM systems, and reporting portals.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
