Are you an upcoming team leader with a passion and some experience in warehouse operations? Join our team as a **Distribution Centre Supervisor** and play a crucial role in ensuring our Distribution Centre runs smoothly and efficiently

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal service levels and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a small team of staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining high standards for operational processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role with strong warehouse operations knowledge.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, understanding of warehouse management systems, and excellent organizational skills.
- **Licenses**: Order picker and/or forklift license preferred, but not essential if willing to obtain.
- **Traits**: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
