**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including deductions and benefits.
- Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the financial health of the business.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing documentation for tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
