Lorna Jane has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Leader at Lorna Jane Birkenhead Point Outlet.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Leader at Lorna Jane, you will be the face of our brand This role will see you collaborating with the Store Leader by contributing to the overall success of the store by driving sales, developing your team, and supporting in the day-to-day operations. Major areas of responsibility will include:

- Ensuring every Lorna Jane customer receives a phenomenal in-store experience
- Ensuring your store and team achieves sales and KPI targets
- Driving store profitability through effective rostering, wage control and the minimization of shrinkage
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation through effective merchandising
- Managing inventory in line with company processes and standards
- Coaching and mentoring your team to drive high-performance and internal progression
- Proactively recruiting and pipelining for future talent
- Influencing your local active community through events, campaigns and collaborating with like-minded businesses
