**Best & Less** is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Full-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive team at our Munno Para store. This role offers 38 hours per week, requiring the successful applicant to be available to work a rotating roster - working 1 in 3 weekends to support the Management team with Higher Duties supervisory shifts.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Receiving stock
- Picking & packing individual customer orders
- Administration
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented

**About you**:

- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Strong work ethic
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Primarily Monday to Friday availability - with the flexibility to work 1 in 3 weekends on a rotating roster
