Using your accounting background, you support the finance team by providing increased automation of the ERP system and efficiency of the finance function. Working across finance and IT on local and corporate projects in conjunction with our external service provider. Driving execution across multiple interdependent projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the financial system Sage 300 and all key system interfaces and reporting systems.- Work closely with various business units, including Finance and IT teams to plan, manage and support system upgrades, implementations and various projects including:
- Supporting the senior Finance teams on project implementations.-
- Write reports and manage interfaces to other systems.-
- Manage testing activities for upgrades and new modules.-
- Document processes and procedures.-
- Providing specialist and organization wide training and support.-
- Develop super user program.-
- Manage Chart of Accounts across all entities.- Establish and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.- Design and scope reports and dashboards for the Finance team to meet user needs and enhance stakeholder decision-making.- Support business units to improve process and utilization of systems through automation.- Stock control through system management and improvement.- Implement standard costing and manage through system support

Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science,- Experience using Sage 300 or another mid-tier accounting package.- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organisation.- Ability to demonstrate customer focus, build strong customer relationships.- Problem solving skills.- Communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
