Barista/all Rounder

Have a passion for coffee and love interacting with people all day? We are looking for experienced Barista/Cafe All Rounder team members to join our cafe and hit the ground running.

Your duties include:

- Preparing hot and cold drinks to our Jamaica Blue recipes and standards
- Delivering exceptional customer experience in store
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning and sanitizing work stations
- Cash handling

To be successful, you must have:

- Previous experience as a Barista
- Hands on experience working with brewing equipent
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Passion for quality coffee and food with the willingness to learn

This position will have weekday and weekend shifts with flexible hours. The role is for approximately 20-30 hours/week dependent on applicant's suitability/availability.
