**The Opportunity**

HCA have an amazing opportunity for a Field Service Fitter or Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our growing service department. Reporting to our Newcastle Branch, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to our customer’s equipment in the Newcastle and The Hunter Regions.** **In this position, you will enjoy working alongside a talented team who are safety and customer focused and who all help each other achieve success

This position would suit someone who is dedicated to quality service and maintenance delivery outcomes, is professional and proactive in finding solutions for improved service levels.

- Qualifications - **Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant technology** or equivalent discipline.
- Experience & Skillset - Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with demonstrated OEM equipment experience - excavator specific diagnosis is highly beneficial.
- Customer Focus - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively, understanding customer needs and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
