**Part-Time Retail Assistant (Weekends) - Fremantle**

**We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Retail Assistant to join us at our Fremantle shop. This is a part-time role with weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a local brand that values craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and sharing the unique stories behind our waxed canvas bags, luggage, and accessories.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring our products are displayed in line with the Jack Stillman brand.
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and share this with customers to help them make informed decisions.
- Work towards personal and store sales targets, contributing to a team-driven environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Retail experience is a must, as the weekends are typically our busiest days.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers.
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.

**How to Apply**:
**Location**: 44 Market St, Fremantle, WA 6160
- **Shifts**: Saturday & Sunday (part-time, weekend shifts, potentially Mon+ Tue shifts too)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.27 - $33.46 per hour

Expected hours: 11 per week

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
