**About us**
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
**About the role**
The Health and Wellbeing Project Officer will play a key support role in the implementation of a range of health and wellbeing improvements to deliver against findings and recommendations from recent reviews and will work collaboratively across the People and Innovation Division. The Health and Wellbeing Officer is required to utilise strong interpersonal skills as the position interacts with a diverse range of stakeholders including staff, judicial officers and key external stakeholders. The Health and Wellbeing Officer will provide Secretariat support to the Health and Wellbeing Plan Steering Committee and participate in other internal groups to identify and respond to health and wellbeing issues of broad organisational and strategic importance.

**About you**
You will have experience in project management and/or an understanding of project management methodology. An understanding of contemporary human resources or occupational health, safety and wellbeing practices will be highly regarded. You will also be able to work collaboratively as an effective team member and autonomously as required. Qualifications in health promotion, public health, occupational health and safety, human resources and/or project management will be advantageous but not essential.
