Experienced Female Support Worker

Are you an experienced Support Worker passionate about making a difference? We are seeking committed and experienced individuals to support our Client in her everyday life.

Our client is a kind and caring individual who enjoys helping others. She loves going for drives and going shopping. Routine and boundaries are essential in this Client’s life, and she requires someone who can effectively manage any challenging situations that may arise. She values her independent living space and envisions a future that offers her even more independence, comfort, and safety.

**Shifts Available**:

- Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 5:30pm-8:00pm
- Saturday - 10:00am-1:00pm

- **Your key responsibilities & accountabilities **_ 

To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered 

Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients' needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist 

Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs 

Provide support to our Clients as required 

Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner 

Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required 

Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients 

To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals 
- **To be Successful you must **_ 

Resonate with the role description above 

Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) 

Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain) 

Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card 

Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain
- preferred) 

Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia 

Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives 

Manual handling experience required 

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $39.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
